Due to the unfair and discriminatory law HR3402 we can no longer sell individual addresses to US Clients, as we have done for the past 11 years (Heart of Asia Classic).

When this law was announced, we were faced with a choice: either abandon our work and abandon the men and women we help, or spend the time, energy and money needed to make a new service to achieve each of the cumbersome and expensive steps the law insisted on.

We decided to design a new service that complies with the law.

Heart of Asia 2.0

The main difference between the planned Heart of Asia 2.0 and the current Heart of Asia Classic, is that the new service can only be used by men and women who BOTH have internet access. In the past most of the women that joined our service only had postal access. We were able to reach anyone in the world who could afford a stamp. The new service requires that both men and women use the internet to visit our website regularly. This is due to the fact that HR3402 requires that the woman confirm in advance whether an American man can say "Hi" to her. The only way to make this happen in a timely manner is to do all contact over the internet. Unfortunately many of the women we currently help will not be able to use the new service as they probably can not afford internet access.Thanks Congress, for "protecting" these women from meeting a decent American man.

Since we have to redesign, we are using the opportunity to develop a service with the most advanced and exciting features we can think of.

To comply with HR3402 the following must happen:

A. The American man must complete a questionaire on his criminal and marital background.
B. Heart of Asia must obtain his record from the National Sex Offenders database.
C. Both questionaire and record must be translated to the womans native language.
D. The translated questionaire and record must be provided to the woman.
E. The woman must then certifiy that she agrees to permit communication.
F. Then the American man allowed to say "Hi".
